Full Plate

Privacy Policy

Effective October 27, 2026 · Full Plate is operated by Agile Development Institute, Durham, North Carolina (“we”).

This policy is written in plain language and covers how Full Plate handles information. It is a starting draft prepared for review by an attorney before launch; it is not legal advice.

What we collect

We ask you not to store health details, financial account numbers, government identifiers or passwords in Full Plate, and the app reminds you of this. If you do store such details anyway, they are treated like any other planner content and are not reviewed by us.

How we use it

To show you your planner; to send the reminders and summaries you asked for, by email or text; to bill you; to answer your support requests; to keep the service secure; and to send essential service notices (trial ending, payment failed, security). We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers needed to run Full Plate, each limited to its job: our hosting provider (server storage), Brevo (email delivery), Twilio (text delivery), Stripe (payments). We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. We will disclose information if the law requires it, and we will tell you unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

Sharing inside your planner

If you invite someone to your planner, they see what their role allows (view only, add and edit, or administer). The planner's owner can remove them at any time.

Keeping and deleting

Your data stays as long as your account does. You can export everything or delete the entire planner yourself under Settings → Your data; deletion is immediate and permanent on the live system, and backups age out within 14 days. Activity-log entries are kept for one year. If a planner's trial ends and no plan is chosen, we keep it for 90 days so you can come back, then delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can see and change your account details, export your data, delete your planner, and opt out of text messages by removing your mobile number. Residents of California, the EU/UK and other places with privacy laws have rights of access, correction, deletion and portability; the export and delete tools fulfil these directly, and you can email us for anything else.

Children

Full Plate is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. A parent may enter a child's schedule as part of their own planner.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email account owners before it takes effect.
