Full Plate

Terms of Service

Effective October 27, 2026 · Between you and Agile Development Institute (“Full Plate”, “we”).

Plain-language draft for attorney review before launch. Not legal advice.

1. The service

Full Plate is a personal and household planner: schedules, to-dos, reminders by email and text, contacts and notes, shareable with people you invite. It is not a medical, legal or financial record system, and it is not a substitute for professional advice or for the records your doctor, pharmacy, bank or attorney keep.

2. Your account

You must be 16 or older and give accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

3. What you agree not to store

You agree not to store in Full Plate: medical diagnoses, test results, medication names or doses; Social Security, Medicare or other government identifiers; bank, card or account numbers, balances or amounts; insurance policy numbers; passwords or PINs; or information about other people that they would not expect you to keep. The app reminds you of this at the relevant moments. We are not a HIPAA business associate and Full Plate must not be used to store protected health information.

4. Plans, trials and payment

New planners get a 14-day free trial with every feature and no card required. After that, access requires a plan: monthly, yearly, or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown on the pricing page when you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; cancel any time from Settings → Plan & billing and the planner stays open until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime means for as long as Full Plate operates. We may change prices for new periods with at least 30 days' notice by email. Payments are processed by Stripe under its terms. Refunds: within 14 days of a first payment, on request, no questions asked.

5. Reminders

We work hard to send every reminder on time, but email and text delivery depends on networks we do not control. Do not rely on Full Plate as the only safeguard for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm. Text messages are limited to 100 per planner per month; beyond that, reminders go by email.

6. Sharing

When you invite someone, you are responsible for choosing an appropriate role for them. People you invite are bound by these terms too.

7. Your content

What you put in Full Plate is yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, show it to the people you share with, and send it to you in reminders. You can export or delete it at any time.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use Full Plate to break the law, to harass anyone, to send unsolicited messages, or to probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that does.

9. Ending the service

You can delete your planner at any time. We can end an account for breach of these terms. If we ever discontinue Full Plate, we will give at least 90 days' notice and keep the export tool available; lifetime customers will receive a pro-rated refund based on three years from purchase.

10. Warranties and liability

Full Plate is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including anything that follows from a missed or late reminder.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Durham County, North Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.

12. Changes and contact

We will email account owners about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions: help@fullplateplanner.com.
